Hey guys so to start off my Monday this week I did an at-home workout with Junior cheering me on the whole time (since he was literally awake the whole time) lol.
Lets just cut to the chase so here it is!
Equipment I used:
15 pound kettle bell
1 pair of dumbbells
TRX straps I used in a doorway (bought them at Target)
Yoga mat (optional)
1 training band
1 resistance band
The Workout:
TRX rows (15-20)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
Squat to shoulder press using kettle bell or one dumbbell (20 each arm)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
Lateral raise carried to front raise carried back to lateral raise using dumbbells (20 times)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
Split squat jumps (20)
REPEAT THE ABOVE 3 TIMES
NEXT
Kettle bell swings with a full squat and band just above the knee (20)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
Shoulder press using resistance band (20)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
50 walking lunges
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
Chest press using TRX Straps (15-20)
REPEAT 3 TIMES
FINISH WITH...
Plank (45 seconds)
Mountain climbers (20)
Rest 30 seconds- 1 min
REPEAT 4 TIMES
WOOHOO YOURE DONE!
