It sometimes seems impossible to be able to get to the gym. Being a mom leaves zero time for yourself! So whether you are a mom or not some of us just have extremely busy schedules and can not fit in the gym everyday! I do this right when my LO goes down for a nap! To make sure I can get it all in lol. (AND MAYBE even a shower 😂🤷🏽♀️) So try my quick at home workout to squeeze in no matter where you are! Feel free to add in some free weights on some of the movements if you have them at home and feel comfortable doing so. 24min Booty Workout
5 rounds of:
Squats for 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Alternating Side lunges for 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Hip Thrusts (Squeeze and hold for 2 seconds at the top) 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Alternating Donkey Kick Backs 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Alternating Fire Hydrants 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Jump Squats 1 min.
Rest 1 min.
Now if that wasn't a quick burner I am not sure you did it right! lol 😉
