Here is a short clip video of some exercise available for you to do in the house! For those of us who work from home and or raising a child, or maybe you just don't feel comfortable in the gym! All of that is totally fine! But they are no reasons to not workout! Ever heard the saying that something is better than nothing??? Well it is true in this case! Especially if you are expecting a little one! Try doing this workout routine at home next time you are pressed for time or just stuck in the house!
If you do not have any free weights at home feel free to do this with no weight repeating the same movements. OR use anything in the house you feel comfortable holding! Ex: A book, canned food, your child...lol
At home total body workout:
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds at a time for a total of 5 rounds! Stoping to break and rest in between! This is a quick and time saving workout! Enjoy!
Squat into shoulder press
Lunge into arm curl
Push- ups (do on knees if necessary)
Inch-worms
Bear crawls
Push-up with shoulder extension
