Coconut Ginger Shot


I love taking healthy, simple shots to start my day or even in the middle of the day.

At the grocery store they can be so expensive for something so tiny! So I like making my own! This is by far my favorite one! It has so many benefits and I am honestly starting to really like the taste! lol It is not so bad!


I have been taking a daily Coconut Ginger Shot to help with many things! This shot helps support healthy digestion and immunity, anti-nausea, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant compounds. This shot also helps support a healthy metabolism.





Ingredients:


Makes two shots:

  • 1/4 inch ginger diced into super tiny pieces

  • Organic Coconut Water about 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice

  • Cayenne pepper (just a pinch)

  • juicer/blender

Place all of these items in the juicer or in a blender. ( I personally use a Blendtec, it is amazing). Then enjoy your shot!
