Extra Easter Eggs?...No Problem

Hi there! If you had fun coloring Easter eggs with your kids and hard boiled eggs to color then my guess is you have a lot of left over eggs! Why not make deviled eggs?! They are after all so much better then just eating a hard boiled egg! Heres my recipe so all those fun colored eggs don't go to waste!


Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • about 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • salt

  • fresh cracked pepper

  • fresh chopped chives

  • bacon bits

  • chopped ham

  • paprika


Directions:

Peel the eggs and then slice them each in half! Use a spoon to carefully scoop out the yolk and place in a bowl. After doing this with each egg, combine the mayo, mustard, pickle juice, salt and pepper to taste.


Next fill each egg with the yolk mixture!


Top with chives, bacon, bits, chopped ham and paprika!
